Acoustic Louver products are selected to meet a client’s specific needs and are suitable for a range of applications including: fresh air intakes for ventilation systems, mechanical equipment screens and noise barriers.
Acoustic Louvers are designed to provide optimal acoustic performance (noise reduction) with minimal airflow restrictions
COSMOS Acoustic Louvers are manufactured from galvanized steel sheet or aluminium to suit any opening size.
COSMOS Acoustic Louvers have varying acoustic performance depending on the type of aerodynamically designed blades used and the depth of the acoustic louver
demanded by the design.
COSMOS Acoustic Louvers are filled with inert noncombustible acoustic infill of high density.
If a single bank of elements does not provide the required noise control, a double bank may be specified.

Material & Finish
● Louver Frame – Louver frame is made of 16 Gauge (1.6mm) Galvanized Steel.
● Louver Blade- External blades are made of 20 Gauge (1.0mm) galvanized steel or aluminum, positioned at 45°Angle.
● Exterior surface with 0.8 mm thick galvanized perforated steel or perforated aluminum panel.
● Acoustic infill: Each louver Blade & frame cavity shall be filled with high density acoustic insulation to absorb the transmission of sound.
