They are used in a wide range of applications including Pharmaceutical Facilities, Hospitals, Biotech Laboratories and other environments where control and removal of airborne contaminants is of paramount importance in the protection of people, processes and equipment. Filters are manufactured with a specialized pleat packs to maintain proper pleat separation and full utilization of the filter media. Precise spacing of separators ensures low resistance to airflow and reduced pressure drop.
Construction

Annodized extruded aluminium filters are available in custom sizes. Other materials such as stainless steel available on request. Please contact factory for more information.
Separator Pack
Thermoplastic adhesive separators ensure exact pleat spacing without aluminium separator.
Seal
Specialized sealant secures media pack in the filter frame.
Gasket
COSMOS HEPA Filter are furnished with neoprene gaskets. Gel Seal also available.
