COSMOS swirl diffuser model ASD can be used almost all installations. They can be supply as diffuser face only, and as a diffuser combined with volume control damper.
Product Description
The principal feature of this product is to create helical air stream discharge of supply air resulting in a high induction ratio and a rapid consolidation of supply air and room air temperature. The diffuser has an ability to handle high air charge rates with draught free mixing. The diffuser comprises of Aluminium pressed fascia having radial supply are acute angles deflectors which are adjustable for directional flow and are powder coated stove enamelled black.
COSMOS Swirl diffuser with adjustable blades presents a convenient air distribution element consisting of a box and a front panel. The diffuser front panel is comprised of radially arranged, individually manually adjustable blades, through which air is supplied into the working area. The ceiling swirl diffuser is connected to the air duct system via a flexible round hose, in either vertical or horizontal configuration.
The slotted rotary face design and circular pattern of slotted blades provides the swirl air distribution all over the occupied area. Due to the rotary swirl motion of air, discharge induction of air occurs very quickly, thus resulting in rapid decay of supply air velocity and temperature differential.
Flush mounted square ceiling diffuser designed specifically for T-bar lay-in application (tile replacement) for standard modular ceiling grid sizes.

The plenum box can be supplied with top or side entry spigot and volume control damper if required.
