As high heat density equipment and computer room requirements grow , the threat of hot spots can become an increasing problem within modern and existing data centers.
Hot spots occur in two varieties , zone and vertical. Zone hot spots occur when the temperatures at all air intake levels of the racks are hot in large area of the raised floor due to low or even negative void pressure. Vertical hot spots are more discreet to a single rack where the supply of cold air is fully consumed by the equipment at the lower part of the rack.
COSMOS Fan assisted floor grille is an 600X600mm for raised access. Model FL-S-FE& FL-SL-FE is fan assisted floor grille & controlled by DDC type controller. Model FL-S/SL-FE heavy duty tile replacement panel floor grille is designed for use within commercial or industrial applications where prolonged foot traffic or rolling loads may be expected such as offices or data centers.
